ASIOS LLC ("ASIOS," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, our mobile applications, including Become and Faro, and related support and paid features (collectively, the "Services").
This policy describes current practices for the Services. If we introduce an account system, cloud synchronization, Android distribution, remote content processing, or materially different applications, we will update applicable disclosures before those practices apply.
1. Current Applications and Local Content Processing
Become is a daily mindset and Signals application. It may allow you to choose an image from your photo library as a custom background. Faro is a recurring expense and subscription organization application. It may allow you to select images of documentation and use Apple's on-device text-recognition capabilities to help enter recurring expense information.
For the current versions of Become and Faro:
- Text you enter in Faro and images you select in Become or Faro for core functionality remain locally on your device.
- Saved Signal text in Become remains locally on your device and is not sent to ASIOS through the core app features.
- Text recognized from documentation in Faro is processed and stored locally on your device.
- ASIOS does not receive, store, or review those images, recognized text, or user-entered local records through the core app features.
- We do not use that locally stored content to train artificial intelligence models.
You control local content through the applicable app and your device. Deleting content in the app, where offered, or deleting the app from your device removes locally stored app content, subject to device backups or operating system behavior outside our control.
2. Information We Collect or Process
Although core user content remains on-device, we and our service providers may process limited information necessary to operate, improve, and monetize the Services:
- Purchase and subscription information: Product identifiers, subscription or purchase status, trial status, entitlement state, renewal or expiration information, and transaction-related identifiers required to present paid offerings and provide premium access.
- App usage and analytics information: App launches, sessions, feature interactions, screen or event information captured through configured analytics events, and similar product usage information. We do not intentionally include your locally stored images, recognized text, saved Signal text in Become, name, email address, phone number, health information, financial information, or expense records in analytics events.
- Advertising measurement information for Become: Limited device, technical, campaign, conversion, trial, purchase, and subscription event information used to measure paid advertising performance. We do not send saved Signal text, your name, email address, phone number, health information, financial information, locally stored images, or location in advertising measurement events.
- Device and technical information: App version, operating system version, device model, device locale, time zone, vendor or anonymous identifiers, SDK version, and similar technical information.
- Paywall interaction information: Paywall views, offering selection, conversion events, trial starts, purchase events, restore events, and subscription status used to display and measure paid offerings.
- Push notification information: Device token, notification authorization state, preferences, and delivery-related information if you enable notifications.
- Support information: Your email address and any app name, device information, description, attachment, or other information you choose to provide when contacting us.
- Website technical information: Standard connection information may be processed by our website hosting or font delivery providers when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser and device information, and request information.
Our current applications do not require an ASIOS user account or sign-in.
3. Device Permissions
A Service may request device permissions only when needed for the relevant feature:
- Photo library: Become uses photo library access only if you choose a custom image background. Faro uses photo access so you can select documentation for local text recognition.
- Notifications: If enabled, notifications may be used for reminders or app-related messages.
- App Tracking Transparency: Become requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before enabling external advertising measurement exports that require tracking permission under Apple's rules.
You can manage device permissions through your device settings. Declining an optional permission may limit the associated feature, but does not prevent you from using unrelated app functionality.
4. How We Use Information
We use information collected outside local-only content processing to:
- Operate and provide the Services and their paid features.
- Present paywalls, process subscription entitlements, and restore purchases.
- Understand use of the apps, evaluate performance, and improve functionality and usability.
- Measure Become app installs, conversions, subscriptions, and advertising campaign performance.
- Send notifications you enable and support app reminders where applicable.
- Respond to support requests and feedback.
- Detect misuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Become currently offers auto-renewable monthly and yearly subscriptions. The yearly subscription may include a free trial where displayed in the app or App Store, and the monthly subscription currently has no free trial. Purchases made in our iOS applications are processed by Apple through the App Store. ASIOS does not receive your full payment card information.
We use purchase and entitlement information received through Apple and our subscription service providers to determine whether you are entitled to premium features, present appropriate offerings, and support purchase restoration. For cancellation, refund, and payment-account management, use Apple's applicable App Store or Apple Account services.
6. Service Providers and Disclosures
We use service providers that process limited information on our behalf or as needed to provide platform functionality. Our current app service providers include:
- Apple: App distribution, in-app purchase processing, device permissions, push notification infrastructure, Apple's on-device frameworks used by the apps, and Apple AdServices attribution for Become advertising measurement.
- RevenueCat: Subscription and entitlement management. RevenueCat processes purchase history and related app-user or device identifiers needed to manage paid access.
- Superwall: Paywall presentation and measurement. Superwall may process purchase information, paywall events, anonymous app-user or vendor identifiers, and device or technical attributes used for paywall functionality and analytics.
- PostHog: Product analytics used to understand app usage and improve the Services. We use event autocapture for configured interaction analytics. Session replay is disabled in Become and Faro. Analytics events are configured not to retain GeoIP location properties, and analytics configuration must not transmit your locally stored photos, recognized text, saved Signal text, name, email address, phone number, health information, financial information, or expense records.
- Google Firebase and Google Analytics 4: App analytics, campaign attribution, conversion measurement, and Google Ads measurement for Become. Configured events must not transmit saved Signal text, locally stored photos, your name, email address, phone number, health information, financial information, or location.
- TikTok: App install, campaign, conversion, trial, purchase, and subscription measurement for Become advertising campaigns. Configured events must not transmit saved Signal text, locally stored photos, your name, email address, phone number, health information, financial information, or location.
Our website also uses third-party hosting and Google Fonts delivery, which may process ordinary network request information when the website loads.
We require service providers acting on our behalf to handle information consistently with their responsibilities and applicable law. Their own privacy terms also govern their processing:
- Apple Privacy Policy
- RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Superwall Privacy Policy
- PostHog Privacy Notice
- Google Privacy Policy
- TikTok Privacy Policy
7. How We Share Information
We may share information described in this policy:
- With service providers described above to provide analytics, advertising measurement, subscription management, paywall functionality, notifications, hosting, and support for the Services.
- At your direction or with your consent.
- To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or valid government request.
- To protect the rights, property, security, or safety of ASIOS, our users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of our business, subject to applicable legal protections.
We do not sell your personal information. Become uses limited paid advertising measurement providers to measure app installs, conversions, trials, purchases, subscriptions, and campaign performance. These advertising measurement events are not intended to include saved Signal text, locally stored images, your name, email address, phone number, health information, financial information, or location. Become does not collect precise or coarse location from the app for advertising measurement. Where applicable law or platform policy treats advertising measurement as sharing, targeted advertising, or tracking, we provide the choices described below.
8. Analytics Consent and Your Choices
Where required by applicable law or platform policy, we request consent before collecting analytics, advertising measurement, or similar usage information. You may manage device permissions in your device settings and may contact us about privacy choices at support@asios.tech.
Become requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before enabling external advertising measurement exports that require tracking permission under Apple's rules. You may deny tracking permission without losing app functionality. If you deny permission, Become will not enable those external ad-measurement exports that depend on tracking permission, although Apple, Google, TikTok, or other platforms may still provide aggregated or privacy-preserving measurement that does not require ATT permission.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
- Local content: Images, recognized text, and expense or app content stored locally in Become or Faro remain on your device until you delete the content, delete the app, or your device otherwise removes it.
- Subscription, analytics, advertising measurement, and operational information: We and our service providers retain purchase, entitlement, analytics, advertising measurement, paywall, technical, and notification information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, analyze performance, measure advertising campaigns, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements, subject to provider retention practices and applicable law.
- Support correspondence: We retain support communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, and meet legal obligations.
To request deletion of personal information processed by ASIOS or request assistance concerning provider-associated information, contact support@asios.tech. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law. We cannot remotely delete content that exists only on your device.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information processed by us. Keeping core app content on-device limits transmission of that content to ASIOS, but no device, service, or method of transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device and device backups.
11. International Processing
ASIOS is a United States company and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required for international transfers of personal information, we and our service providers use legally recognized safeguards.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at support@asios.tech so we can take appropriate action.
13. Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information processed about you, which may include rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict or object to processing of, or withdraw consent for certain personal information. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where applicable, ASIOS processes information to provide the Services under our agreement with you, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services where those interests are not overridden by your rights, with your consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing at any time without affecting prior processing.
United States State Privacy Rights
Residents of states with applicable privacy laws, including California, may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of covered personal information and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. ASIOS does not sell personal information. Where applicable law treats Become advertising measurement disclosures as sharing or targeted advertising, you may opt out by denying App Tracking Transparency permission, adjusting device privacy settings, or contacting us at support@asios.tech.
14. Requests and Contact

ASIOS LLC is the controller of personal information processed under this policy, unless an app-specific disclosure states otherwise.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services, providers, platforms, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy with a revised date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
16. Related Terms
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms and Conditions and, for applications downloaded through Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable standard license terms unless a custom license is presented through Apple.
